E46 318i-major overheating problems since 2007

Top of the day to all the BMW okes out there

i havent been online in months,so please pardon me...

ok-- i have a 2000 model 318i M43 motor, ever since i bought my car 5 years ago i have been sitting with overting issues, i near changed everything but the heater box and aircon stuff... i blew the head and replace that and everything else to do with cooling, but shortly after that it started again, im now riding without a thermostat but the car builds up so much pressure that it goes red aftter about 30 mins driving... what am i missing guys ? will riding without a thermostiat be the cause ? ( bare in mind it did this even with the new thermostat)

any help you guys have to offer will be appreciated

yes replaced that as well, and i do see the flow when i rev it a bit, which tells me it works still ?

i just cant find the fault bud
