E46 318i F/L 172.635KM

Hi Guys,

my millage is currently at 172635Km and I need to service like yesterday!!:thumbdo:

I am planning on doing the service this weekend, will try take photos and details to help others in the future...

I just want to find out what else should be done at this amount of Km's

I plan on doing the -->Spark plugs,Oil filter,Air filter,Change oil (Maybe also the petrol filter depending on cost) I will purchase parts from BMW except for the petrol filter.

also Do you have any recommended shops that I can contact for a good price on a petrol filter?

What service was done before this one that's due? If it was an inspection service then you only need to do an oil service. If it was an oil service then you need to do either inspection 1 or 2. If you're unsure rather do a full inspection 2 ie. oil, filters, plugs etc.

Think i paid about R900-1000 for my fuel filter from bmw.

Bmw wanted R1100 for fuel filter 3 weeks ago, I purchased from midas for R680.

Hi,
last time I serviced my car I just did the plugs, Oil filter, Air filter, and changed the oil..... that's all I did

that's why this time I want to do the same But also do the petrol filter this time?

Damn that's a bit heavy!! just for the petrol filter hey!!

the fuel filter has a build it fue pressure regulator, hence the price.
just make sure you buy the right one.
