Help Please gents....
Two weeks a ago my cluch padel could only depress half way, I could still drive the car, clutch was soft as always, but had a problem with first gear as the pedal could noly depress half way. The BMW agents adviced that the clutch kit needs to be replaced. I had the clucth changed at the BMW (agents) dealers here in East London, cost me a fortune.
I got the car and the very same day the clutch was shaddering under load, I took the car back and now they are saying it is the dual mass flyweel. The cost for the component, R 11K.... the car has got 119000km on the clock. Has any one experienced the same problem?
