So glad you got rid of that useless lump in the dash.

Whats your experience with stability on the Dynavin.

Back in the day the CE based devices sucked at effective RAM usage, which makes them unstable and iffey...

I actually need to find a spot for that useless lump, or at least something similar so I can access the settings that used to be on that lump. Yes, the Dynavin can show a few of the readings, but it can't really make changes to settings. I've read on overseas forums about relocating the MID to the cubbyhole, but I have a feeling the lump is much bigger than the MID. Also no idea (yet) where to source this magical MID.

Stability is good. As Rick also mentioned on the forum, don't expect to press buttons in rapid succession. If you're patient enough and give it time to notice each key press, it works fine. I've seen some nigglies, but nothing earth shattering. Only had it since Monday, but functionality wise it's way ahead of the lump. :)

I have bad news for you. It fits very snugly into the console. Almost have to use a crowbar to get it out. You wouldn't want to damage your console now. :)
