They are quite heavy and not built for 1/4 mile.

Not, if the cars been well maintained there's no problem dragging around a 200k km plus E39 M5.:coolShake:

Lol im not worried about engine failure cause with my driving style its going to happen when it happens.
Google, overseas low 13s and with semis high 12s. Doing some maintenance then will try and set a time. Yes they are heavy and more suited for longer distances I agree to that.

I am too old and too poor, to expect enything more than for the engine to start and run....then I am happy

If my diesel can do 16 dead, I'm sure the M5 can do in the 13's stock.

The E39 M5 and E46 M3 are pretty even over the quarter mile from what I've seen and past experiences, so I reckon if you have a look at what times stock E46 M's are doing it'll give you a good idea of what the M5 will do.
