E39 M5 Gear and diff oils

Hi i am, planning on doing a gear and diff oil chnage on my e39 m5...december i have a chance to get that done,

can any one advice what can i use :ty:

I would use Gizmo but he is in JHB

Liqui moly recommend:

Gearbox:
Hochleistungs-Getriebeöl (GL-3+) SAE 75W-80

Diff:
Vollsynth. Hypoid-Getriebeöl (GL-5) LS SAE 75W-140
