E39 540i Right Rear Swing Arm

Hi Guys,

Not too sure if anyone has experienced this, my right rear swing arm has broken twice now, looks like metal fatigue on this aluminium suspension, bought the last replacement from Bemows, going there to get another one today, number 8 in this pic from reloem,

Dont think I have read anything on this happening, there may be an underlying problem causing it.
