e36 sideskirt jack hole

This morning I pulled my car out from the garage only to find the front wheel got a puncture :argh:

Anyway on the sideskirt, the cover for the hole where the jack goes in doesn't want to come out :bangdesk: its seems like who ever spray painted the skirts, painted over the cover and now its stiff like a rock out of the 4 holes, only 1 can open easily with the screw driver, the others are locked tight.

Any clue/idea's on how to get these frikken things loose ??? otherwise my only option is to buy another jack.

You will have to carefully cut around the cover with a stanley knife blade

There are access holes under the car in line with the holes on the sides , maybe a dose of Q20 or so up the lower hole will work .

I tried the access holes under car, but its too narrow for my fingers to fit.... also another thing forgot to mention, the center on some caps where the screwdriver goes seems to be worn out, theres alot of freeplay. Probably got worn out due to continued attempts at getting it out :bangdesk:
