Can someone find a pic of an E36 with 6 Series Ellipsoid rims?

Those are 19 inch rims :spit: Some serious work needs to be done to fit an E36

Didn't the E90 come with 17 or 18 inch ellipsoids?

BBS 'diamond mesh' and BMW have always just had that something throughout the ages!

BMW DNA! I personally think anything from the BBS diamond mesh style for an E36 (and most BMWs!)

(My system at work doesn't allow uploading of pics!) but something similar to this:

But, check out this thread on the overseas forum! Plenty of pics and a poll on E36 wheels!

http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=159757

If you need to log in, then rather GOOGLE, (in images), 'Top ranked wheels for e36' and you will be able to see the thread after selecting the pic of the car (the first e36 should work)

Some amazing wheels!

The best 17" rims for me are the M3 rims but unfortunately they don't fill the arches too well.18" rims fill the arches perfectly. The only problem I got with my 18"s is that they heavy which will rob you of some acceleration.Nothing a 3.46 diff can't sort out.My rims are in my signature pic

I'll take an OEM E36 M3 or Contour rim in 17's but in 18's.... the E39 M5 rim is still my favourite :inlove:

225/40/18 tyres must be quite a stretch on the rear rims. I've seen 235/40/18 on the very same rim on an E36, sticks out like a mofo :) but that car wasn't dropped.
