E36 Respray

Hi Gents
i need to do a respray on my e36 convertible, paint is looking terrible and lots of crack and orange peel from previous owner, any one know of any good people who dont charge an arm and a leg?

looking to spend around 7-8k on the spray?
im in the jhb area?

any help would be appreciated :ty:

you may struggle to get a high end job with the budget (my gut feel), but you will find someone

looking at doing a Canary or Dakar yellow on the car. . .so paint shouldnt be as expensive as metallic?

7-8k for a full respray... uhm...probably only backyard okes who will do it for that money

Get the wrapped in gloss vinyl to the colour you want.....\

@ kobus - im based in the Benoni area JHB, thanks i'll drop him a PM.

@ sash - i did think about doing that but the paintwork is in really bad condition cracks are huge so if i had to wrap it wouldnt work out to well.

also remember colour change will cost more (if you change to yellow), and you going to need to get the car cleared with SAPS, and registered with the new colour.

correct aswell as roadworthy - but i have people that cn aid me through the process. :thumbs:

For R8k you will get nothing close to satisfying you.

I would set a minimum of R20k and that would be scrapping.
