@Nikhil I followed that article to the tee and startup is still the same..
I am at the shop with the diagnostics right now, so waiting on the outcome..

Ok cool keep us posted. Also try disconnecting the MAF and try starting it and see how it runs

So I redid the Vanos and it's still doing the same.. I had it at a shop for diagnostics and turns out it's electrical.. thanks for the help and the effort of typing guys.. it's really appreciated..
