Probably a vanos rattle which could be easily fixed with a Beisan seal and rattle repair kit.

Maybe he did only the seals and not the rattle kit.

Neat but arent u missing some covers and more importantly a "stiffener" underneat? Just lools to be silicone sprayed? Just an observation...might want to check it out. Looks good though...

Yep the sump guard was missing I had one lying at home and gave it to him. I returned the car to the seller so he can sort out the vanos issues with his mechanic as he was billed for this.
A big thumbs up to the seller for having kept to the verbal agreement we made, that if any issues were found he'd refund and get the issues sorted.
I already miss that car
