E36 M3 Engine oil

What oil to use? 10w60, 5w40????

Lots of differing opinions.

Does anyone know where i can get Castrol Edge Professional TWS 10w60 as this seem to be the go to Need advise.

Liqui Molly Toptec 4100 5w40

No 10w60 as it is too thick
