E36 m3 4door rear suspension in a 2door

Hi guys I've got a complete 4door m rear suspension that I want to fit in a e36 convertible.
Will it be a straight Fit?
The diff basically came of a supercharged ,nitro m and on top it's got markings 3.72 .Could it be possible the ratio was changed ?

That is from a 3.0lt 2door m3 as it has the type 188 diff. It would have been a 3.15:1 from factory.
