Hi there a silly question, did you check your crank angle sensor? Had the same issue on my 3.0lt m3 test the crank sensor and it was dead. I replaced it with one from a friend fired up first swing

Thanks gents, we did have a look at the Crank position sensor, tested it by swapping out with a new one and still... same issue.

FRP is R1173 at BMW. no stock, had to be ordered from Germany :hammerhead:.

Problem solved...

Changed out the Fuel Pressure regulator, tried to start the car.... Nothing...

left it for a few days, tried to start it with the spare key, no luck... motor didn't even turn over... guess the chip in this key is farked... Tried the original key again and boom it fired up.

I was suppose to have it towed to the workshop the next morning but now it seems fine.

Thanks to all those that assisted with guidance.
