guys im having a problem with the bosch Y5DDC spark plugs i bought. They are all written bosch super but theres a code below that written R0 785 and on others its R0 982 and R0 105. My problem is what does this number mean because the orignal ones were written R0 985. Will this diference affect perfomance?

Hi
where did u get these plugs from?

I tried the NGK Platinum that is suppose to be for the 3.0M after a month or so I took them out and fitted the OEM Bosch plugs, both myself and my macky agreed it was under power what a fail!

the Y5DDC part will be pressed into the metal casing.

the other number you are referring to is on the porcelain part of the plug (the white part :) ) and is the production batch number and will have nothing to do with the plug itself, just where and when the plug was produced.

the plugs were bought from a bosch dealership here in kzn. However the macky told me plugz are fyn jus tat my ass dyno is inaccurate.
