How many km's you have on them? The standard struts go far if you look after them.

How is it eating the tyre? Just over cambered?

I struggled for alignment with mine for a while, TWT and such cant align for shit, eventually took it to the dealer and they got it spot on. Also remember with stock sports setting is pretty aggressive, so you will chow your inners quickly, some guys prefer to have that dialed out to prolong the life of the tires, but no real point in having an M3 if you doing that.

Also took it 2 twt and they couldn't do. How much did it cost by the agents thou. Some1 told me 2 check the suspension bits 1st then can look @ the strut.

I would take it to the dealers for a proper alignment, the reason is that their machine uses the 5 small holes next to your wheel bolts to do the alignment,(unless you do not have stock rims anymore) not like the other people like TWT and such that use the edge of the rim, if your rim is only slightly out of round it will make a big difference on the settings.
I did that and my tyres last a lot longer now, especially in front.

Think it was about R1000 for alignment. They also sometimes need to adjust from the top which TWT cant do.

Camber on the E36 is fixed at the front and should be around 1.5 degrees negative max. There is some other problem, either a bent strut, or even a damaged or wrong top shock mount used.

On the 4dr M3's one is able to switch between 0 degree's and 2,5 degree's negative simply by swopping the top shock mounts from right to left.

Twt can't do alignment on an m3.
I took my v8 there on 3 occasions.
The tech told me mt steering rack was broken .
That is why the clear vision was way off.
Took it to BMW and was sorted in a day.
Car was perfect .
Don't buy anything for your car before the aligmenent is done
