e36 brakes

Brake pedal goes down as normal and gets stiff , car takes longer to stop . Brake fluid level normal , no leaks . Fluid and pads changed about 4 months ago . Where do i look ?

Maybe its the booster or something to do with the vaccum assistance? You say you flushed the fluid about 4 months back? How did you do this, normal bleeding method?

Mine does this. Has always been vacuum assistance issues. Pedal feels hard?

What fluid ddi they put in ??? i had an issue like this once (when i owned a e36) and found that the they used the wrong fluid ( u get dot 3 and dot 4 and dunno what others ) so they replaced the fluid. worked fine after that.

Fluid is dot 4 , bled system myself . Brakes have always been good . I can remove master cylinder and fit another from my other e36 , just time is a problem now .
