The Powerflow system came with the car when I bought it, well it had two Powerflow resonators on it. The welds were disgusting and not much thought had gone into the pipe so I doubt Powerflow did it themselves. I've got a non vanos M50 so I went and found a standard non vanos exhaust system and fitted it. I then cut the rear muffler off and replaced it with two 50mm one meter sections of stainless. The mid pipe is the standard BMW pressed steel resonator with a merge pipe before the resonator (non vanos had no cats so its just a long ugly resonator) then from there I retained the standard flanges which run straight out the rear unsilenced through my blast pipes.

If you have neighbours that were blessed with the gift of hearing and you would like to retain a civil relationship with them then don't do it.

We've got a farm so my neighbours are far away and I still get the odd comment from someone at the clubhouse on a Wednesday night. Most of the old boys out here drove Capri Peranas and the like in their younger days and move around in Lexus powered Hilux's now so its not a big problem.

Howzit danieljames.
Ja I came right eventually. I'll agree with you on that one :)

And I hear you on the neighbour story. I have a duel 50mm pro-fit on 325i single vanos.....The neighbour across the road complained about my "coloured" car lol. They eventually moved so no worries on my side lol
