E36 328i

I just purchased an E36 328i. :rollsmile:

She runs like a charm, just wanted some advice on the following

1. Steering wheel squeaks and is slightly stiff when cornering. Someone told me its the steering rack, but I have no idea how to check

2. Engine/radiator fan sound very loud for the car. It can only be heard when driving with the windows open, any ideas? Doesn't affect the drive, just concerned.

3. Spoiler is missing but the holes are still open and starting to rust, anyone know someone who can close the holes without needing to replace the entire boot?

Congratulations and welcome here..!

1. Could be power steering pump..?
Safely jackup the front of the car and re-check
else consult a 'good' mechanic

2. Fan is rather noisy but not annoying unless there is a problem
