Hi guys,
On my E36 328i '96 we had a some bad lifters. I got new Arco lifters and fitted. What should the correct valve clearance be? How far should they open past the bottom side of the head? At the moment my measured distance is at 6.5mm past the head. Whith a oversized gasket at 2mm and the piston at TDC inside the valve pocket at 4mm I can't see enough clearance.
Any advice would be appreciated.
