I had a slight exhaust leak for a week or so somewhere , gave a nice burble at about 2000 rpm . On my way to Spar all hell breaks loose - car sounded like a tractor ! After looking I found the exhaust manifold for cylinders 4,5 and 6 was broken off at the flange joint above the pipe going to the cat . Phoned exhaust shop in EL next day ,they say bring it in we will look .They check and say take it off and we will weld it .Rode it for the rest of the week like that , kept under 5000 revs and took it off the weekend , welded it up at home and all seems well .Petrol gauge seems to have dropped slower over this time !!:thumbs:
