E36 328i Auto

So, the 328i has no service history.
Some sweat and what looked like a gearbox leak that was tied some time back.

Didn’t drive it but heard him drive away. Was not to happy with what I heard.

Seller seems like a honest guy and disclosed all issues he knows of.

He has it for under a year and bought it for his teenage some who now wants another car.

Just don't rush buddy , You will find some good 328i , also I think 328i has a excellent motor and you would love it more than a 325i

If I was you. Rather settle for a M3. 4 Door M are not badly priced. So maybe look into that and they will make a good future investment

This is the idea but some people are asking E46 money for them.

I feel they worht Max R100K and the E46 at R160K. Guess there is room in there for the E36 to try and demand more till it gets to E46 money but thats then gotta be a special E36.

E90/92/93 2008 Spec I see people letting go for as little as R250/260K on trade and selling from R280K upwards now.
This makes me wonder if looking at an E46 is worth it or saving the money to spend it on the E36.

I like the 4 Door but the 2 Door just looks so much better :blowheart:

I asked to join the group now ad awaiting approval.

Any infor on which dealer this is?

Not the colour I want but it looks clean.

I found a M3 in DBN which someone will try and see for me today.

The seller was very transperent regarding what he knows about it. It is a dealer who traded it.

The most expensive M car is a cheap one. Most parts for M cars are only available the the dealership for an arm and a leg. Whatever M car be prepared to part with about R100k for the first 2-3yrs of ownership.

Hugely doubt an E36M3 will sell for R100k, even a rough one would be more than that, a clean one would be easily R250k+ (especially a coupe).

It does seem like 2 or 3 years ago was the time to buy these...

What’s scary about the e36 4 door M’s is that 90% of them advertised have motor issues....and lots of them also have transplanted 328 engines into them...

Guys are really dodgy cakes!

Well, looking at a couple of types of cars. Will buy whichever I find first.
