Hi guys

I plan on changing my auto 328 conv drivetrain with the m3 manual variant....what are the do's and dont's that i should adhere to?

Is the conversion from auto to manual a big hassle or simple?\

Please help......

Sounds like a pricey affair dude. 2 Door & 4door models not badly priced at the mo & are readily availablle.

Not sure but is the cabrio not heavier than both other models as it needs more chassis rigidity?

Also the ride dynamics wont be able to compare to a more sold 'roofed' version.

But yor JUST IMAGINE that S50 motor screaming wit da top down!!

Auto to manual is simple...

When you say drive train, you mean gearbox, prop, diff, drive shafts, perhaps rear hub assembly.

Did you include the motor in that ?

Nope...didn't get that done as we found out that the engine needed to be overhauled and that was going way over my budget

Still looking at other options cos my car is slow as hell but on the breakfast run I did give chase for the aunty with the 335i and for a few seconds I was on her tail...until she let go of the brake pedal:)
