E36 318is sound like diesel truck even after replacing timing chain and tensioner

Hi guys. Need help with my E36 318is m42, car sounds like a truck. Mechanic said it was the chain and tensioner. Then replaced it, but still sounds the same.:blueCry:

Before all this happened, I had to replace cams, after that was done the sound was there and became worse.

Check your viscous fan. I chased the same noise for a year with multiple bmw mechanics looking at my car.
