e34 Touring

Hz, this is for the e34 Mafia.....

Purchased 2 years ago as a non-runner, m50b25tu, 5 speed manual with an lsd. Previous owner has little or no mechanical sympathy, engine damage was due to a glorious night of 'do-nutting' the car, go figure.

After being towed home.....the T/Stars were not included in the purchase, car was purchased sans wheels.

The motor was trashed, the only 'original' serviceable components where the various covers, engine block and the con-rods. Everything else has been replaced, crank, cyl head, cams and trays, pistons ect ect.

Eventually fired her up on Thursday evening and we went for a burble this morning....20km's and no issue. Car is not 'roadworthy' as the disc is pending COR, will do this sometime in the next week or so.

Ready to leave my garage after a 2 year hibernation.

Cheers

oh wow. this is niiiice!

i might have a m60b30 motor you can fit. motor has 291000. but full service every 10 000km. has had valley pan, knock sensors, pcv etc all replaced.

made 152kw on dynotechs dyno. but that was with traction issues.

Really nice :clapper: Wasn't it up for sale a while ago? Can you feel the weight difference between the sedan and the wagon? It would be pretty cool to turbocharge it ;)

Must have been another that was for sale. I'm more aware of the 'loose' chassis between the sedan and wagon, bear in mind that there is nothing structual from the rear seats onwards. Cheers
