E30 driver side bumper part

Hi guys a have a e30 driver side bumper insert. It's been painted midnight blue. So if you have painted yours this is perfect for you.

It's never been fitted to a car so clips are 100%....

Looking at 1k for it.

I don't understand why , part prices for the E30 are so damn overpriced here in South Africa, New , Used , Scrap yard , all way over priced , honestly the prices some of these junk yard guys sell E30 parts for , one could rebuild 50 of these damn cars . Selling the rubber mat from the boot for example , Mandoes quoted me R1000 , R1000 for a possibly 28 year old mat with stains . In the UK and US its so much cheaper . postage is bad though.
Ridiculous .

But I must agree with Garreth, Even at the dealers these parts are damn expensive. I was Quoted R5800 for 1 inner! not the outer more complicated headlamp the Inner headlamp for my E30 two weeks ago, Now im trying to figure out if its possible to de sandblast the glass . Though R1000 is steep considering its been painted, If black maybe , Impossible to get that original look now . Painting it black would just look to cheap.
