Hi guys,

I have been approached by a producer of a documentary/Tv show of car cultrure.

They are looking for en e30 325is and an e46 320i.

Anyone able to help out?

Here is the email I received.

"As per conversation we are currently in production on a documentary series for SABC1 called S'Movana. It is a show that tells the story of South Africa through the stories of its motor vehicles and investigates the culture re-naming and re-purposing of cars in the country. So far we have featured cars as diverse as the Zola Budd, the Gusheshe, the iDombolo, and are looking for contributors who may be able to give us insight into these cars and the effect they have had on popular culture. This would take the form of a filmed interview with questions aimed at the specs, features, and effects of the cars on the SA zeitgeist.

For this I need BMW drivers for an episode on the Gusheshe and the Schabir Shaik. For the Gusheshe, I need to do some beauty shots, cutaways as most of our content has been shot. For the Schabir episode (which is apparently the 320i?) I need an affluent corporate / business-person that we can profile in an a day in the life way. What we want to get out of the latter is relating the lifestyle to the different character that drive the car… And get a sense of why they selected that particular car.

The 325is we would need to shoot as soon as possible, Thursday/Friday.

The E46 [320i] character we would like to shoot next week, I just need to chat to them and submit to channel before then obviously.

I look forward to hearing from you and your mates! Hope you can help.

Thanks,
T "

According to my knowledge the "Schabir" is an E90
The E46 was referred to as the G-String :inlove:
