E28 value

Hi guys,

A family member of mine called me up this morning, asking for some info on a 1986 520i. He's wives uncle has had the car from brand new. So its time to get rid of it, because I think he's not driving at the moment.

It has around 220k kms on the clock and is in 100% OEM condition. Now what we need to know is what's the value on this vehicle, is there even a book value?

So if any of the fanatics show interest, i"ll organize pics and more info on the vehicle and make a new for sale thread .:thumbs:

unfortunately there is no book value at that age the car is worth what any willing buyer is prepared to pay for it, having said that it is really difficult to buy a half decent car for less than R20 000. if its in good nick i would try starting at that figure.
