E12 Suspension

Hi All

So I have a 76 e12.
And I finally want to start doing her up

I want to do a full upgrade of the front suspension and I wanted to find out where to buy the parts from and how woulf I know what to buy?

Any help would be great

I would suggest speaking to @Peter@AEW

He has sound knowledge on the classic Bmws and should be able to assist on the parts and rebuild if required.

You will either need to buy from the agents or UK.

either way be prepared for some funny costs.

Good luck bud, im on the same mission, not winning at all. Bmw Agents have some parts but the wait for a single component based on the fact that all their e12 suspension parts come from BMW AG (Germany) will slow your build down. I reckon our best bet would be to find e12s stripping for parts. Bushings and so forth you should be able to source locally but the mechanical components is where the problem is with getting the parts.

By the way as per Peter, realoem is your best bet on getting the precise part numbers for the parts required.
