Hello group,
have a e-36 318i and have to do a smog inspection here in So Cal but CEL is on with fault code # 40 catalytic converter efficiency, even though emissions readings are fine.
changed spark plugs, O2 sensor, and all the filters, cleaned the intake manifold car runs great but code keeps coming back, what could it be?
