Judging from the graph , there doesnt seem to be any hardware issues as the graph looks pretty smooth

I would rather suggest speaking to Rolf to pump it up a bit more if its more power you looking for.

Was there in the queue , Estoril Blue F30 parked in the front of the entrance to the shop....paid for the dyno run and then went of to go log a car and didnt get to dyno. Will try for next week again

Firstly how is my graph is there anything wrong.
Secondly I'm so confused. Is my car 120kw stock or 115.
I am going to look for that website where they give the specs it says 120kw. However everyone tells me its 115kw.

I don't want too much more. Just don't want to be last. There was another 320d with software only he pushed 160hp at wheels and 390nm torque.

I just want a little more. Don't want to kill myself on consumption.
Or damage my car.

Last question I seen people selling silicon pipes can those be used for inter coolers. I am trying to get pipes for my inter cooler. Any help.

Once again was nice meeting the fanatics. I felt so lost at first. I have an idea how abt I open a thread and we all just put our name and pic. So when there is a meet we can know each other. Just an idea.

Im assuming you ran pump Diesel in the car last night ?

Remember for these dyno nights lots of guys use boost additives to get the best results , like a bottle of NF Diesel. These additives give some pretty much decent gains. So I wouldnt compare to much.

Now that you have a base run. Do another with revised map Rolf provides and compare. Then do another run with additives in and compare. That way you will know for yourself how the car is performing.

OEM BMW intercooler pipes work best on Diesels IMO , I wouldnt change

Clifton, from where you started with your figures to where you are at now the gains are good, you gained 30hp on the wheels and 50 - 60nm those are good figures. Your graph looks very smooth as well.
I'd say just enjoy the car, for another 5 to 10hp at what cost will it come later? :thumbs:

i am not so sure about this. All values given by BMW are on the flywheel, the readings from last night are all on the wheels.

Just as an estimate clifton made 123hp and 306nm at wheels. Based on the calculator supplied at http://khetan.gajjar.co.za/cars/calcs/PowerConversionCalculator.htm
that works out roughly 131kw and 419nm at the fly which seems to be relatively normal for a stock 320d
last nights figures work out to 161kw and 489 nm at the fly wheel.

Figures seem to be ok to me, gains are just over 20%. Its like I said to Clifton, dont expect figures, the owner knows how the car felt before and after, thats all that counts.

We have seen it on more than one occasion where the dyno give values that differ from the drivers opinion (bum dyno).

Rolf is super fast. He already sent the updated file. Trying to see if I can load it tonight.

I got an upgraded intercooler but need bigger pipes.
