Anyone know of a replacement for the standard diverter valves on a N54. Want to maintain the stock CP for now, Forge are way too expensive. Any other alternatives??

I have an HKS BOV on my N54 135i the Sound is intoxicating not sure if it will fit the standard CP though. you should ask Burgy from Project shift, he did mine.

Direct replacement divertor valves are made to fit onto the stock CP.

I saw a video on the fitment on You Tube.

I cant remember the name though.

your only option to fit the stock cp is forge and turbosmart, both in excess of 3k when new,

AfterMarket DV's that will fit onto the OEM CP.

You should upgrade your CP if you ging to mod your car.

Its a great investment.

im sure he means aftermarket dv's but as OEM replacement. Like on the same location & uses the same vacuum pipes etc. without needing to change anything....?

Forge dv's are good quality. My OEM dv was solenoid based and now my Forge DV is mechanical based. Not sure how it works on the N54 though.
