Can and will BMW do this for me?

I meant like the DVD's thats written for different zones over the world. Even your home DVD player is only set to play certain zones' DVD's.
If it's possible to do a flash, that'll be good.
Other thing is: What setup have you got? eg nav screen or aftermarket sound etc?

I have the standard BMW Pro Nav system. Where can i get the flash done?
