These guys sell the units for all vehicles. Check out stopshop.co.za. I wanted one for the Kia, but they want R6k for it. Found another guy selling his for R2k on the gum, but I'm not too sure of the quality etc.

Rather did like a member on here (was it Garfield??) that stripped the complete unit plus loom and DVD boot changer from a scrapyard car. Then you know you are right :thumbsup:

problem is i think he found a once in a lifetime bargain

i live in bloem and have tried the local yards for e36 parts in the past without any luck

but yes i agree, it would be best finding an oem one

I know some people who have it and love... the touch screen sometimes gives issues but otherwise they happy!

I dont think its OEM at all. but it is rather cool...nothing more then a overdone gps..
