Every time I look at these two cars and the RS6 I can't help but think there is some form of industry collusion taking place here. The cars are soo close and similar in power and looks and comfort and all these things that matter...

Kinda feels like they have a meeting before they release them and discuss rules and regulations like they are F1 cars. The Benz had been around for a bit before the M5 came out, why didn't BMW take it and examine then release the M5 with more power and torque and and and to edge out the competition?

It's actually quite commonplace for manufacturers to buy their competitors cars for comparisons especially on the Nurburgring. :tiptoe:

I'm just glad that we're in a day and age where we have 3 different manufacturers producing near identical performance figures, yet all 3 cars have completely different characteristics.
