Downpipe in Cape Town

Looks like my CAT might be blocked. Car currently at mechanicc as I was getting errors relating to O2 sensor and a foul smell in the car. He is still checking whether it is CAT or sensor.

I have a price from Xceded and waiting on a price from CPI. Anyone else I can try in Cape Town.
