Door latches/locks

Hi All,
For the past couple of years now I've been having a few difficulties with one ore more of the door latches/locks not unlocking properly. At the moment my L/R door does a "double click" when I unlock, sometimes it open and sometimes not. Saw a video on you tube where a guy bought a rebuild kit (some plastic wheels/gears etc) to repair them. Anyone know if they are available here in SA or have a remedy?

Up date on door actuators/latches.
I went to the agent to get a price for L/R actuator/latch..... around R2500!
After chatting to one of the salesmen, he said there's a special at the moment on the front ones as a pair, around R750 for the set.......Well, thats a great saving. So I bought 2 front set's @ R1500 and fitted the one set in the rear. Works perfectly, the only thing is no kiddy locks any more.
So, replaced all four for just over 1/2 the price of one rear one:rollsmile:

So the front actuators fit 100% in the rear doors ?
I wonder if it's the same in the E90

This was on an 07 e83 X3. Yes the fit and work perfectly, only thing is no kiddies locks at the back. Got it from Club motors fountains in Pta.
