Door Handle not working on X5

How do I remove door handle on X5 and where do I start looking for one

Try this site. I had the same issue, if the door handle looks slightly out of line this is most likely the cause. The part is not repairable.

I bought the door handle carrier from the stealers. I cannot remember the price, 2K if i remember correctly. the installation was more fiddly than difficult, about 2-3 hours for a novice.

Have installed the new handle and worked well, but failed to open once, but luckely the panel was not back and I could undo the cable and lift the small lever from the inside - Big problem now is the door is closed with all panels back and it did the same - how do I open the door?????????????

Strange... did it do anything when you try open? was the old carrier broken? can you not open from the inside? sounds like somethi g was not put back correctly.
