Does BMW dealerships do alignment

Does BMW dealerships have alignment machines and is it done free on motor plan?

I had aftermarket rims on my car, and thus Leo Haese was unable to do it inhouse, so they authorised it to be done at Hi-Q, and payment was still done through motorplan.

It is not covered by motorplan anymore?! I had my wheel alignment done at bruma just over a week ago and was charged R7xx. I questioned why i was being charged and was informed motorplan no longer covers it??? :fencelook:

You were taken for a ride! Go make an issue about it, and I am sure they will refund you.

bmw does do wheel alignment and is free under motorplan as long as its oem rims

refuse to do mine now as they say ac schnitzer rims is after market, referred me hi q dastek

Colin, like I said in my first post... They used to send me to Hi-Q in Hatfield, and then I get a receipt, but pay nothing, and then they pay for it out of the motorplan, so I still got it for free.

so did I,untill my car went in to the dealers and was told not covered,didnt bother me much though
