Okay! So Finally, to my fellow BMW comrades in South Africa who I feel are one of the few people left in this crazy world who somehow manage to share the same first day excitement as myself of owning these cars and constantly tinkering with them! I give you the Hyde Motor Works M52!!

Those are Pics from Last year, currently I am working on a Splitter, And the car has gotten very dirty, so will be giving it a wash and wax and buff sometime this month. So Meanwhile, enjoy this video..

:cartel:

Although I have had been playing with BMWs for some time, I bought this last year after much looking around from a far out town, was well worth the money for its near perfect condition.

Here's my list of Mods: (I haven't even posted in any other bmw community or even in my blog.)

M50 Manifold, 3.64 LSD, Remus Exhaust, Decat, Toyota SC14 Supercahrger with 103mm Pulley, Jatco Autobox, Fan Delete For HMW Electric Fan Mod, Front Underbody X Brace, Top Strut Brace, Trans Brace, Sachs OEM Sports and Vogtland springs, E46 Bigger Brakes, 17" BBS White, Half Leather/Suede Seats, Keypad Ignition Lock,

Hate to self promote, :YesNo: specially to you folks but this needs to get out one way or the other, So for anyone keen on my supercharger setup, its a DIY Setup Based on the Toyota SC14, Which now I stared offering as a budget supercharger setup to get something outa my investment and something everyone can do, I can offer white print plans to setup and build yourself or can also offer the kitset brackets to bolt on. But more on that later. I will list them here too in a separate topic. :bin:

Take Care Guys! :coolShake:

I calculate around 7PSI or so :p but I am currently working with some tuners in EU to get a good tune, the video is running on everything stock, runs rich rich rich :crazylaugh: (man I love the smile selection in this forum) so i bought some 36lb injectors and will likely get a dyno sometime next month or after holidays in jan 2016 :)

I wanted to do a manual conversion but I will be leaving the country in a years time at best so will keep it as it is and when I leave would hand it over to somebody who will take care of it as I did. I have had many BMW's and this is my favorite of all, one day I will rebuild something like that again in another land. :blowheart:

PS: How do you add location in this forum? I cant find the option under editing profile.. :S

Very very nice man. Would like to see what you did with the brackets.

and are there any power graphs? Autos are usually not as lively as yours and im sure its not just the lsd and exhaust.

only interested because a few years ago I joked the idea and ghetto fitted an sc14 onto my old e36...when it blew the clamps off at relatively low revs I took note and actually stopped playing around out of fear of breaking my engine

Thank You. :coolShake:

I have done some small tweaks per say to the drive overall since its an auto.

Looks like you had it almost there with the idea! its just you had the brackets all wrong :p But too bad you gave up. See getting the the Brackets right and precision really are the HARD PART, earlier this year when we did a few prototypes we had few issues including belt slippage, we spent the rest of time making it right to the level where I now locally sell them as 100% DIY or Premade bolt on kits! :D

If you still have the SC14 around and a M50/M52/M54/S50 Type of motor, drop me a line, I could had supplied 1:1 white prints and a guide for a couple of hundred dollars shipped. They can be directly traced and cut out from 6mm mild steel and put it all together. I also offer a free guide and can help getting a cheap tune.

I'm actually offering this setup locally as a Budget Bolt on Supercharger Setup based around the Toyota SC14 for most BMW's that have the M52, M50, M54 and versatile enough to even fit the M3's with the S50/S52/S54 motors.

If anybody wants help or whiteprints to construct a similar setup capable of 5 psi to up to 10 PSI on stock motor as the one below, Then I could help with that, and its easier to bolt on than a M50 Manifold. Will try and post on the forum in a few days....Here's my blog.
