had a guy by a sensor from me for his 320d Sunday passed.
He calls me now telling me, " my mechanic says the part doesnt Fit ". not that it doesnt work but that it doesnt fit.
So i tell him its impossible. i checked the part numbers using vins of both the parts car and the customers car and its identical..
He says, " I dont know, it just doesnt fit. "
so i tell him no problem, i have another one, come get it.
His response, " no the mechanic already organised something ".
So im like ok cool..
Ask the mechanic for a side by side image of my supplied sensor and the one the mechanic got. so that i can refund him mos..... Still Waiting
Asked him to get the mechanic to call me..... Still waiting.
He just wants his money back..
I dont have an issue with refunding him, But something dont seem right here
The way i see it, he:
* Either found the part cheaper elsewhere
* Tested my part and realized his mechanic misdiagnosed the issue
* He installed mine and trying to return his faulty one back to me.. (I have Marked my part so i will know)
i know he has the same engine as the parts car... lol...
He even bought an Auto gearbox from me that worked fine on his engine.. LMAO
Why must people be like this???
Should i Refund him? if i see he is returning my part.
Or
Should i tell him to take a hike.
