Hi Chaps,

Came across this whilst looking into the AC Schitzer version, which can still be obtained for an e60 530d, but at an astonishing R47k :skit:

Was wondering if anyone has this or something similar and whether the consensus is to reprogram the ECU rather? Suggestions or advice?

If you're out of plan just go with a remap. Xcede is a forum advertiser. They did my e90 I'm happy with it.

Get software, I had the acs chip on my E46 same engine as E60 530d, its a waste of money.

Different engine and ecu. So it would be E39 specific diesel

Dont want to go "balls out" just looking to go from "stock 173kw" to somewhere around 210kw and to around 600nm without loosing drivability etc.

Do a downpipe and exhaust then a mild software tune you will be happy :coolShake:
