E92 M3 - Interior, Exterior & Engine Detail


Had the pleasure of detailing a good friend of mines E92 M3. We have always spoken about it, but he lives in JHB and its hard when hes down because there is always stuff to do. So eventually he booked it in and I gave him my car for the day so that he wasnt left without wheels. Since we didnt know when the car would come back to me, we went for a full Interior, Exterior & Engine Detail.

The paint wasnt in the best condition, there were plenty of fine scratches evident of frequent car wash visits as well as some water spots and deeper scratches. The Carbon bits already had swirls and started to look a bit hazy. We went for a one step paint correction which I finished out to a 10/10 gloss and no follow up polish was needed, Car was then waxed using a pro wax and all other bits dressed.

Exterior :
- Wash
- Chemical decontamination
- Clay
- Paint Correction
- Wax
- Carbon polished and waxed
- Chrome bits polished
- Glass polished

Interior :
- Carpets lightly washed
- dash and all plastics wiped and cleaned
- Seats cleaned and treated with Mother's
- Glass cleaned
- Plastics and rubbers treated

Engine :
- Washed
- Wiped down
- Dressed

Unfortunately I was in a rental...white Toyota:flyfun:...was looking for a Church to go to on Christmas morning...
I saw the car but was not sure until I checked the plates but you had passed me by then....:thumbs:....love your machine..:thumbs::thumbs:

nope manual, 3 things i wanted was manual, carboon roof and it had to be an E92.

What do i like about it most? That is very hard to explain, you have to drive one to really know what its about. Explaination will not truely capture my feeling about it. :inlove:
