After a year of planning and saving, we will be leaving the warm summer weather of Josi this December for the Cold Winter of Lapland, Finland.

First stop, Netherlands, then onto Helsinki. Next stop Kittila (Edge of the Arctic Circle) then onto Paris.

Will be back home just before Christmas by the pool side

I will be working right through, but already live in my favourite holiday destination area, so a bit of a win in some aspects.

I’m spending some time on the garden route again.

Specifically between Mossel Bay and Sedgefield.

It really is an awesome part of the country, although it does get quite busy this time of the year.
