Decat or Freeflow???

Hi ive heard a decat will improve my performance, throttle response, and fuel economy, and as i have an auto, a better throttle response is needed.
my question is what will improve all 3 of those factors without making my car sound like a common citi golf(tractor).... so decat or freeflow?

I would also say decat and replace with a resonator box.
Then maybe put a set of branches as the cats on the manifold will def be blocked by now. You will need to install cat foolers after though, not very expensive. Then chip it. Consumption will come down and you'll have quite a nice tone. Keep your standard back box though. I tried 4 different back boxes, stock was best.
