Hey guys anyone have experience with the returns policy on parts at dealerships? Do they give you a refund if you return an item within 7 days:dunno:

If I am not mistaken, they only exchange they don't give refunds and they don't takes returns of electrical parts.

You best bet would be just to inquire at the dealers.

That's the very reason I paid them to replace the electic fan, and they installed the incorrect type which stayed on until the battery completely drained :cursin:. In General there are no returns on electrical parts and there is a handling fee for the others.

In the dealers defense (can't believe I said that) I would expect a fairly strict return policy. The last thing I would want is to buy a part and find it damaged/opened by some other oke who tried fitting it to their car and realized they bought the wrong thing ...

NB: Just my R0.02 on this and not meant to target any forum user who bought/returned stuff.

Agree 100%, but I am meaning returning an unused item in the sealed original packaging. Very much doubt any dealer would accept something that appears to have been used or damaged...
