De-badging the boot lid

Hi Chaps,

I am considering de-badging the boot-lid and was wondering what if any is the best way to do so without harming the paintwork etc (metallic paint)

Fishing line does the job,
Maybe use a hair drier gently to loosen the glue.

Pretty easy job this

Use a piece of dental floss to cut through the adhesive backing, then remove the remains of the adhesive with a suitable mild solvent.

I used fishing line and then soap and water to remove the glue that was left. Once you polished it, it will look 100%.



And then it will never look dirty in that area every again :rollsmile:
