Damaged Supercharger

Hi Guys
I need your help my car on friday while I was in durban showed the orange engine heating light. I drove it and never gave me problems.
I changed the coolant and put water before driving back to Jozi I didnt see the light the whole way until I got home. Monday morning I started my car to go to work on my way back from work the light appeared again. Yesterday it went from orange to red while driving fast but no smoke or heat from the engine. the engine is hot but not that hot. this morning the moment i started my car and let it run the light went orange while I was driving to work after 5-10KM it went red but I got to work with no problem just stressed about the light. I checked my engine and its nothing out of the ordinary.
I have a new turbo instead just a week and half ago.
What can be the problem is it the turbo or a display malfunction?
Your help will be highly appreciated.

Everytime I start my car in the morning it struggles to start it takes longer than normal and then it shakes when it has started. and sounds like its stuttering or it has hicups. Its just a horible sound.
and there is this buzzing noise when its on.
Please advise.
