CSL Service in JHB

Hi all,

My friend just recently bought splintheter's M3 CSL. What a car!! He lives in JHB and was wondering which BMW dealership would be best to look after it going forward?

He obviously wants to keep it original with a continued service history with BMW.

Any thoughts or suggestions welcome?

Cheers

Robin

BMW Bruma do decent service as well as Autobahn BMW.
Hope you well bud.

It is a CSL though, so I would have STRICT stipulations when sending that car in!

BMW dealers are idiots.

A1exander on this forum corrected a lot of wrong caused by the dealers on my CSL

Yeah, I would follow Fordkoppies lead and rather take it to Alexander.
I would never trust a dealer with that car hey. Ever

:+1: Whatever you do, don't take it to a dealer.

All good my side

Yep it's the real thing... CSL... What a machine:inlove:

I have to also admit, I had a moment of weakness, considering selling my 1M for the new Merc CLA-45 :flyfun:

You must never. I haven't driven the ///M yet
For a CSL I'd understand, but not that.

As many of these guys saying don't take it to the dealer , I'm afraid you gonna lose your service history taking it to a normal mechanic and with a car like a CSL I won't buy one without service history. No offence to Alexander , he's work is great but only we on the forum know of him and a bystander doesn't. You want that stamp of approval from BMW. Find the best one and take it there.

its a tricky one... If i had a CSL i would probably have it serviced at BMW then take it home and service it properly myself lol...

we would be happy to get another CSL in the shop if you decide the BMW stamp is not that important or if you need any other work to be done...

Peter just called me and it seems we going to take the car completely apart and fix all the problems the other guys caused in the past... will also have a look at the back to find that the problem is there :) will be a new car when you get it back

Take it to BMW, get them to change the oil and stamp the book, then take it to Peter to do all the real important work,
Problem solved. :)
